BUSINESS voices have echoed the call from Chronicle readers about the need for Wangaratta to develop a second river crossing.
In a Wangaratta Chronicle poll conducted this month in the wake of the Ovens River bridge in Parfitt Road being closed for an hour due to a fallen tree, 262 respondents said a second crossing should be pursued, with only five voting against the move.
