A BEECHWORTH local is one of around 15 volunteers across the shire who are helping kids in a war-torn country.
Co-ordinator Beth Davidson has been a member of the Aussie Knitting for War-Affected Kids (Akwak) for the last four years and she also manages the humanitarian group's Facebook page which has 1000 members from around the nation and a few members from the United States too.
