WANGARATTA police are appealing for public assistance to locate a vehicle stolen from a Myrtleford home early this morning.
Acting Sergeant Scott Mundie of Wangaratta police said a 2008 silver Holden Commodore utility - licence plate 1DC1OS - was stolen from a premises’ driveway at 4am.
He said the vehicle was sighted on the Snow Road and near Wangaratta this morning but it was driven at excessive speed to evade police.
