REDRESS SCHEME OPEN: Victorian Attorney General Jaclyn Symes with Jo Fraser, secretary of ARMS Vic (Association Representing Mothers Separated by adoption), in front of the 'Taken Not Given' statue when Ms Symes announced the redress scheme in October last year.
