PLEASE, KEEP NORTHERN BEACHES AN OFF-LEASH AREA FOR DOGS: Wangaratta's Frank Vickers and his nine year old canine companion, Nina, love nothing more than going bush in the Northern Beaches. The expansive area hugging the Ovens River is arguably Wangaratta's best known off-leash area for dogs. But that is proposed to change. FRANK Vickers and his canine companion, Nina, don’t want to lose Wangaratta’s Northern Beaches as an off-leash area for dogs.
