FLOODWATERS which had turned Apex Park into a lake last week continued to recede over the weekend, allowing holiday makers to use playground facilities yesterday.
After reaching moderate flood level and peaking at 12.42m last week – its highest since similar spring flooding in October 2016 – the Ovens River continued to recede and fall back within its banks over the weekend.
