THE original man from Snowy River is set to return to Merrijig later this month, as part of 40th anniversary celebrations for the hit film.
Tom Burlinson, who played the titular Jim Craig in the heralded 1982 film, will don the hat and moleskins as he joins members of the Mountain Cattlemen's Association of Victoria (MCAV) at their annual get together from September 30.
