Tiger hold-up

IT was already billed as some by mission impossible but the global COVID-19 pandemic has made the job of re-building the Glenrowan Football Netball Club even tougher.

The Kelly Tigers went into recession at the end of 2019 but with a new committee formed in March this year, those steering the club forward were optimistic they would be able to return to the Ovens and King from 2021.

But without social distancing and restrictions in place for the last six weeks, the Kelly Tigers remain at square one and new president Bernard Chivers admits the job ahead has become harder than it already was.
