I HAVE been attending the Wangaratta Jazz and Blues festival for over 15 years – I know it well - it was a fantastic event.
I was in Wangaratta for the weekend festival and had never seen it so quiet, so dull, with such empty streets, nothing much seemed to be happening,
I was really expecting there would be a bit more going on.
