A Wangaratta man will be charged after being caught performing burnouts on Monday evening across one of the city’s busiest throughfares.
A Wangaratta police spokesperson said highway patrol members observed the white Holden Commodore sedan driving erratically in the vicinity of Sisely Avenue and Swan Street shortly after 5pm.
