IN relation to the bike track at Northern Beaches in Wangaratta, I would like to ask bike riders to please slow down.
This is a legal off-leash area for dogs, and is not only used by dog owners and their canines, but the elderly, people with disabilities, young children walking, running and on scooters etc.
I'm asking riders to please slow down.
This track is also a walking trail not a race track ...
