GROWING up in skis on the slopes of Mount Hotham, Louis Muhlen–Schulte never dreamed he'd ski for his country in world cups and even the Olympics – but that's exactly what he's done, and he's far from finished.

The 24–year old has been skiing since the tender age of three, when his fam
