DESPITE the less than favourable weather and the fact that it was Mother's Day, five squads of shooters turned out for the Wangaratta Clay Target Club's sporting clays competition on Sunday, May 8.
Clay target shooters are a respectful bunch, so they undoubtedly set Mum up with at least a cup of tea before heading off to the gun club.
