DEAR council, could you please modify the parking policy making the first hour free.
This will provide some relief to those sections of the community that are not ok with apps and vouchers.
But more importantly it will welcome out-of-town visitors who likely have not worked out their parking plan before deciding to make Wangaratta their destination.
