MEMBERS of Wangaratta police will be participating in Run4Blue this month to raise funds and awareness for Police Legacy to help support the families of police officers.

The event was developed in 2018 by two officers from Western and Northern Australia, the virtual run is held each year in May and participants decide how many kilometres they will walk, run or cycle and choose which Police Legacy they would like to support.

Sergeant Colleen Sheridan of Wangaratta police said she believes it’s a great cause to support that also encourages people to exercise.
