WITH the support of the community and local businesses, the King Valley Infrastructure Project is back on track with its plans to improve the road and boost the local economy for the benefit of all. Having had the wind taken out of their sails due to COVID-19 restrictions, project leaders Chris Hazell and John Bridges are now asking for residents in the King Valley to get behind them by filling out an important survey which will arrive in letterboxes next week. The pair have had to change the way they seek feedback on the major project, which includes upgrading the Wangaratta-Whitfield Road, changing its name to the King Valley Road and the construction of a bike path, bringing it from Oxley all the way through to Cheshunt.
