A $4.5 million facility taking shape in Osboldstone Road is an investment in the future of the Rural City of Wangaratta, according to local businessmen Matthew and Don Joyce.

The building, which has been under construction over the past six months and will be completed in about two weeks, will serve as a home for both Wangaratta Coachlines, and transport and technology consultancy business WCL Management Services.

Matthew Joyce, WCL Management Services managing director, said the Osboldstone Road project had been three years in the making, and would help expand staffing from 12 to 30 across the two companies - with most roles locally-based - as well as positioning them for the future and showing confidence in the rural city’s growth.
