Verse 1-

Got a lot of energy to burn

But I know things could take a turn

Everything's so nice

It's like we're in paradise

It's scary how things are going so well

It's like we stepped out of a fairytale

Ice cream with no ice

It's really not that special

It's weird that the lyrics are my life

This is like paradise with a warning sign

Chorus-

It’s 12 on the dot,

And you just wanna talk

But I’m ready for a brea—ak

All I want to do is

Slam the door in your face

Let the silence stay-ay

Paradise feels fake when you’re in my face

So give me space (give me spa-ace, give me spa-ace)

Verse 2-

If you speak one more line

I'll end the script

Paradise is cool

But you've got to think

What it does to me

Thinking we're living in a fantasy

Chorus-

It’s 12 on the dot,

And you just wanna talk

But I’m ready for a brea—ak

All I want to do is

Slam the door in your face

Let the silence stay-ay

Paradise feels fake when you’re in my face

So give me space (give me spa-ace, give me spa-ace)

Bridge-

There’s a thing called space and when you use it,

Things come a long way,

From Easter eggs to candy canes, seasons fade yet they still stay the same,

Everyday rain or everyday flowers

Everyday swims and back to long warm showers

Outro-

One day you'll treat me right,

Because I won’t let you walk away

Unless if I'm having a good da-ay (goo-ood day).
